Sure shows up when hit by headlights or a camera flash. 3" reflective letters from ACE Hardware. Less than a buck per letter. Makes it look like a cop bike, kinda. May just end up getting another air box cover decal though. What do they cost?

Maybe should have placed them a bit lower.

Pretty much what you see here. The rear part of mine have different fittings which I like better. Wired through a relay of course.

The turn signals are also 55W optilux siliconed into Buell Turn Signal housings. Those babies really light up when they blink and since they never have a chance to get hot they have really lasted. The blinker gives juice to the relay that runs them so they blink.

Guy I knew at the HD shop put "POLITE" across the windshield of his Road King for a while.

He usually found a nice hole through traffic ; )

A neighbor just put a big MFP on his windscreen just for fun. Made me do a double-take when I first saw it. Only fault is that he rides a flying brick and not a Kawasaki, not too authentic.

I hit pay-dirt with a bit of internet searching. And different sizes to fit it the way I want.

Davis,
Radian. 1989 vintage. Runs, but needs a carb expert. 32,982 miles on it. It's been to Buell homecomings once or twice. Sturgis many times. 60 to 70 mpg on trips. Doesn't burn oil. I changed the sprockets so that it cruises 60 at 4,000rpm. Our ULY's have a high 1st gear that most wish was lower. The Radian's stock gearing is super low so I changed it for the better. My son learned to ride on this Radian. He rides an 07 ULY these days. Radian was purchase 2nd hand for $1500 back in the early 90's for my wife. She now rides an 2007 XL1200R which is a real nice bike for her. She'd be on a Buell but she'd have to withstand painful leg lengthening surgery and that isn't going to happen. I'd sell the Radian cheap if someone wanted it. By the way, my wife was a biker years before I was blessed to meet her. I'd rather have her on her own bike than on the back of mine and that is the way she prefers it.

Good eyes! I had one of those Radians, neat little bike for what they were. It needed to be a twin instead of a four though... it would have been neat with a Virago motor in there.

If you need a Radian Guru, ping Derek Capito at http://www.moto-lab.com/. Very much like Al, but for the Radian world. And with dreadlocks. : )

Just when I thought you couldn't make a Uly any uglier.

Wrong!
