Anyone have the manufacturer and part number for a replacement clamp for the muffler?

Had it somewhere when we had the 06 and 07.

Can not locate it now.

Thanks

I bought this one recently:

http://www.jmsonline.net/catalog/product/view/id/7 0011/

The shipping was about $11.50 so I bought two. At $4 each I wish I would have bought a couple more. I intended to have a back-up for road trips, but the first one broke right away. The second one has been on for about 3 months and has worked fine.

It's for my '07 Uly on the front. It is almost too large, I have to tighten it until its almost closed all the way, but it works fine.

I've got a muffler coming from mxdevon so I ordered four - it's always useful to have spares. Thanks for the link, Djohnk!

Just to be clear, I don't think the 6" to 6-5/16" size will work for the back two clamps (they are bigger).

I reused the back two without a problem. I have read here on the forum that the front one is the one that breaks more readily.

Thanks for the heads up.

I'm planning on reusing the rear clamps since a number of folks posted that they can be reused if not mishandled or abused. Thanks for confirming that it worked for you, Djohnk!

"I'm planning on reusing the rear clamps since a number of folks posted that they can be reused if not mishandled or abused." I have always reused them with no problems. They seem like a quality part to me. I think the trick is to position them right and NOT over tighten them. Remember as the can heats up it will make the bands tighter.

This bike has some of the BEST quality parts I have ever seen on a bike. It also has some rather lesser parts as well. Not many though. But as with all things if you treat them right you should have few problems.

I just bought front clamps at the local trucking supply house, 5 bucks a piece. I don`t know the rear size, though.
