The packaging has a "brand name" of Protege`, Elsewhere it notes that the product is marketed by Walmart. In reading, I noted that the bags have a two year warranty. I guess that I'll save the receipt.

The bag dimensions are 18" wide, 12" high, 10" deep.

I use the ones from an FJR I had. Those look good though.

I have made up some custom bag liners to fit my Journey bags. They were more expensive to make that these are to buy, but they are designed specifically to suit my needs. I'll post up some pictures another time.
