Changed both tires today.Went really well.I know the rear pinch bolt is 40-45 pounds but not sure about the front which.. are smaller bolts.I went with 22 based on other bikes I have had.I used anti seize on the axles and their threads so I stayed on the lower end of torque values for the axles because of the lubricating quality of the compound.Great tip I read on here about running an extension through the front axle so you can use a torque wrench on the opposite side.

07 service manual says 20 to 22, so you are right on.

I don't think that Buell uses "low grade" fasteners.
