I have seen adventure bikes that have small stickers on the panniers that are oval and black. Each sticker has in white the two letter abbreviation for a state, indicating which states you have ridden through. Anybody know where you can get those? Just got a Uly this month and I am starting all over again.... | ||

I don't have an answer to your question (as to where to find them) but I remember as a kid seeing RV's with the outline map of the U.S. on the rear or side and the owner would stick on the states that he/she had been to. Here's how I knew it was in my blood at a very early age...when other kids were talking about dirt bikes, go carts or the Honda Odyssey (NOT the minivan!) I was always thinking how I wanted an R/80 GS or R90s with the factory hard bags on it and that map on one of the bags...with every state filled in. Mind you, I was too small at the time to ride either bike. It would be the 6th or 7th grade before I crested 6' and another decade before I had enough 'lead' that I could wrestle either off of the center stand.
