Need to know outdoor temp the bike was in.
Need to know where and how this 356 F temp was taken. What part of engine and how you know it.
I'd be way more interested in how warm your oil is. The rear head temp is supposed to get in this temp arena. Can't say how fast my bike gets to this temp but if my fan went on after riding only one mile I'd certainly wonder what was going on. But, you didn't say whether the fan came on or not.

Ditto on the rear cylinder, but in less than a mile, something might not be getting oil.

I suspect then that you are reading the rear CHT, in which case that's normal.

Thanks. just i found it quite strange to go up so fast, on my uly it goes up slower, but in any case if you think it's normal i'll let him know

I think it is, can't say for sure though. CHT's go up quickly, they are a very different thing from say oil temps or water temps on a liquid cooled motor and that's a very normal CHT. I don't think I'd worry at all about how quickly it changes, just whether it gets too hot eventually. If it doesn't get too hot, all is well.
