Has anyone tried to install one of these on a Uly yet?

Ironhead,
Most any windshield can be mounted to the ULY. A heat gun and a sabre saw comes in handy for modifying bends and cutting where needed.

If you are looking for a bolt on without modifications that will probably be a tough one to fit.

The Uly fly screen/dash area and double headlamps will make most of the universal windshields more work than they are worth. Buy the time you get all of the stuff cleared out that will interfere with fitting you probably won't have much left.

I made one several years ago out of flat polycarbonite. It still is my winter shield of choice.

Iron,
I think that windshield would work. BUT, you'd probably have to mount it so the part that would normally be just above a headlight would have to be at the top of the ULY fairing. You might even then leave the little ULY windscreen in place to block any wind that would come through between your new Roadmaster and the ULY fairing. Sure would be alot of windshield. You'd be through it and not over it unless you shortened it to where you could look over it.

It might be as nearly as easy as unbolting the whole flyscreen, drilling six holes in the new windshield, bolt it on and trim off what you don't want.
Be careful about how it effects handling.
