When I bought my Uly, it had Renthal Handlebars on it. I put ROX bar risers on it 7/8" and they fit fine. The Kaoke Throttle Lock I just tried to put on won't fit in bar ends (too big). Are the Uly handlebars a larger diameter on the end of the bar?

The stock bars are steel and the Rentals are made from aluminum which has a thicker wall. So the hole in them is smaller.

Thanks, that makes sense since it just a hair and a half too small. Now begs the question if anybody wants to swap?

You can drill them out - I did that for HVMP bar ends - just a little and they have been dandy for many miles

Yeah, I'd drill them out. Best of both worlds.

What size drill bit would I use? I guess I could measure the end of the bar end weight. Wouldn't want to take too much out.

I think I' going to put stock bars back on. I like the cross bar for gadgets. the RENTHALS on mine are a flatter bar with no cross bar.
