I just check my service logs and realized that I have almost 12K miles on my Dunlop RoadSmart tires. The rear tire has a hint of flat spot in the center. The front has a small amount of wear. Not bad considering the flatland area I live in. I have been very happy with the dry and wet performance. I believe they are much less expensive than the PR3s.

my rear Pirelli Angel ST is just now in need of replacing, 7040 miles, 4845 of those 2 up and loaded for homecoming 2010, CA to WI and back!! Just came in from putting her in the garage, and noticed i am showing cords, only on one section about half the circumference. dang, snuck up on me, since i didn't wash her last weekend. that's usually when i inspect the tires. i guess i should have stopped at 7000 even! got just over 5k on the factory rear.

My uly has pilot power 2cts. Stick really well and have a nice feel, probably won't last all that long.

Conti Motions or Shinko Ravens. Both lasted about 18k front and 12K rear. Mostly freeway.

8469 miles out of the original Diablo Stradas, with cord just showing in the rear; 9800 or so out of a pair of Roadsmarts, the last 2K 2-up loaded, with a lot of fast sweepers and twisties, but, alas, a lot of Eastern Colorado flats, too; cord just about to show, with a noticeable 'shoulder' at the edges of the 2 compounds in the tread. Now trying PR2's, as they were about $20 less a tire than the PR3's. Turn in is much nicer...

3000 miles on an Angel ST and it's worn to the cords in the center. I usually get around 5000 miles out of a rear tire.

I'm not impressed with their performance either. Next set is going to be P.R.III's.
