Would somebody be so kind and check if my air duct is installed correct? I see a gap and I'm not sure if this is supposed to be. Thank you!

Everything is too clean - that's got to be wrong.

I sealed my gaps with aluminum tape, especially the one under the seat

Well, I think putting down money for the comfort kit was a waste. Benefit was very little. I should have hold on to the right side scoop and called it good. At least I got some money when I sold it at ebay. Still have burn marks on my leg. When the Buell babe was new to me, I did not notice the heat at all. But the I lost a lot of weight, bought the Adventure jacket and pants and trouble started. I think my problem is the slit between the seat and the frame. The rocker box cover shows as you can see in the picture. But if this is the only problem, I can live with it. After the accident with the King, this is the bike I have, and of course willing to live with. It might take some time before I see money from that fools insurance. And I have to admit, I love the Uly as much as the King. Just like having two children. European bike week is coming and it will be the second time for the Uly to go there.

Yes, I know Johnboy 777, it is much to clean ; )

Since I installed the comfort kit, the front half of the Odie's heat blanket and the Erik Buell Racing ECM which includes the latest fan program on my 08 XT, the right side heat is now a non-issue. I absolutely do not even think about it anymore, even on the hottest days we have in Minnesota.

PS The only part of the comfort kit I did not install is the exhaust pipe heat shield because I don't care for the looks of it. Just my $.02. Thanks.

@ Yamafreak,
mine is a 07 model. For my knowledge, the ecm reflash doesn't appear. Correct me if I'm wrong.
