My 08, 14k miles, has started a problem this week. Upon startup the exhaust smells like unburnt fuel and it stumbles a bit until I get a couple of miles in. I discovered my seat was rubbing on my Erik Buell Racing ECM and moved it out of the way. The plug looks like it may be slightly cracked from the case but nothing like some I have seen on here. Before moving it I pressed on the connection and there was not a stumble to be found. Any ideas? Thanks |

RD, I can see the aluminum plates but what did you use on the sides for gussets? |

There is 1/4" wide strips laid in the epoxy on each side. Probably over-kill. |
