I have an 06 with a leaking front shock. Please refresh my memory. Was 08 the spring update. I figure if I am going to take them apart might as well update the springs. I did a search and couldn't find the info I needed. Any help, part numbers or links is appreciated! |

I just ordered springs yesterday from Trip at Pawtucket HD Triumph Buell. He told me the 07 springs are the upgraded ones for the 06, and if you order springs for the 06 the number has been superseded and that's what you'll get anyway. And at $24.00 a spring its a bargain. |

If my memory serves me correctly it was 2007 when they went with the progressive forks. |

Well John beat me to it, but he confirms my memory is still working. |

Yup it is the 07's that you want. In 08 they changed the forks, I doubt the 08 springs will fit. You are gonna love it |

+1 on loving it. i never 'missed' anything in the handing on my 06...but i put 07 springs in at the 10k service. whoo-boy. i guess i was missing something. wow. make sure to use the '07 fluid levels, and the '07 suspension charts. |
