I own an '08 XB12XT. Just installed a Jardine JP-1 exhaust and need to remap my ECM. The Harley techs at my local HD dealer were clueless on what to do - want me to spend $650 on Erik Buell Racings tuner & map. I've been told ECM Spy has a racemap called Race E-Prom that'll work. Does anybody have it, and if so, are you willing to email it to me? I also need the cable to link my ECM to my laptop.

The free ECMspy will not work on your bike, you will need to use either the new paid version of ECMspy, or TunerPro, or one of the solutions from Erik Buell Racing. Erik Buell Racing already has a ECM for your 08 with programming for the Jardine, so that will take out all the guess work and hours of tuning and dyno testing. It is $250, but it is the best $250 you can spend on the bike.
