i just wrapper my header with dei 2in wrap. i installed it wet and maintained a 1/4in overlap after it dried i sprayed it with the dei silicon paint now it feels like its putting off more heat than before what gives?

Did you like "just" do this? Could be that the wrap or the paint that you coated it with are giving off some warm vapors until everything cures. Give it a couple of weeks first then see. If not, in about a year or so it will start looking like the mummy after the wrap deteriorates and unravels. Then you can just pull it off.
