So I have kind of ignorant question. Had to haul the bike down to the other office in the work trailer. In transit something fell down and knocked the signal stem off of the silver double nut mount. The signal works and nothing is broken (I don't think). So my question is: What is the best/easiest way to get the stem back on the nut mount? | ||

I don't know if it's the front or rear, but the spacers should be able to be removed. It puts the light a little closer to the body of the bike. If you want to keep the same look, use Epoxy. Just my .02, good luck Tim | ||

Epoxy, or Gorilla glue will work. Gorilla'ed some turn signals for my KLR, worked fine. Use clamps, and cut the excess off. Then paint or even use a sharpie to match. | ||

If the metal is still in good condition, take everything off the bike. Pull the wiring out (remove the lens, pull the guts out that way). Use a butane torch to heat the metal sleeve (hint - hold it with pliers, NOT your fingers). Slide it into the plastic and let it cool. Done. Reassemble once cooled. | ||
