Bent my clutch lever & would like to replace. It's $47 at the dealer, WOW. Any suitable substitutes out there at a more reasonable price? Bike is an 06 if that maters.

Thanks, Murf

Thanks Rwven, but isn't there a stock Suzuki lever that is supposed to work?

Heat it up with propane torch to as hot as it can get and bend it back. I do it in a vice. Then paint it with a rattle can. That is what I do.

Joe,

I bought a set of those levers. Well worth it. I could not believe the quality for the price.

Ron

Pontlee77,

The levers I got were fine in the cable ferrule area. The fit and finish in that area are every bit as good, if not better than, stock.

I am fairly certain that the levers off my SV650 will swap with my Uly.

Anyone know the difference between 06 & 08 levers. They have a different part # but I don't know what changed. Ron has offered me an 08 lever but I don't know that it will work

Thanks, Murf2

I won a clutch lever in a grab bag thing (don't know what year / part #). I recently took off the stock lever to lube the cable and noted a good bit of wear, so I put on the other one. They look the same when held together, but the new one fits differently. It sits a little closer to the grip (and therefore the engagement point is different) but it seems to work ok. It will take some getting used to.
