Leonardo, Probably about 70 bucks total to get it to your door. It's all black and in good shape. Remember that I still have to get the new one before I part with this one. I ordered it last weekend to no telling when it will get to my dealer. He made it sound like no big deal but we shall see. Once I get my seat I'll need to try it out to make sure I'm in better shape than before. When I do get to the point of selling it I'll contact you and send some photo's of it. I traded a guy for a tall seat to replace my son's short seat and I shipped his Fedex and it cost either 20 or 30 bucks to ship it down to I think New Mexico? from Omaha. Shipping will not cost you extra as that will be included in the price of 70 bucks. Now we wait. |

My new style tall seat came in today to dealer and it took less than a week. Have to go get it. Wish I had a teleporter. |

I am getting from your message that there are two styles of tall seats?seamed and unseamed? what is the difference? do you have the part # for the unseamed. |

the original 2006 seat was the tall seat. It had a seam that ran front to back along the sides and (I hear) it rubbed inside your leg. In 2007 they switched the stock seat to a lower seat (that leans forward and you keep sliding into the tank). If you buy the current high seat part number (at least when I did 18 months ago), it DOES NOT have the seam that rubs inside your leg. Now there is also an accessory low seat that is lower then the stock 07-10 seat, but I know nothing about that one. |

I like the 'original'! Only the Real McCoy for me! But I'm sure the knock off is good as well. |

I have an 06 tall seat, it was not the seams that cause my rear to hurt, it was the hard edge near the seam. I had a custom upholsterer shave off the hard edge and replace the hard foam with a soft filler so the seat kept the same shape. No more butt burn on road trips. It was the best $75 I ever spent. |

Pkforbes, That's what she said. Going on motorcycle trips is all about the fun and butt pain is a pain in the. |

Murf, Two guys ahead of you on the list that also want it. I'm waiting until I have enough time in the new saddle to make sure I have no regrets. |
