I just put on a Jardine GP1 pipe and K&N filter on my 2006 Ulysses. I have a stock ECM. The bike runs great when it is warmed up, however, when cold it misses & hiccups and runs rough. I'm new to the buell family so need some feedback. I see where Erik Buell Racing has a race ECM that is pre-programmed. Is this just a bolt on and do nothing? If not, what do I need to do. I guess a better question is do I need this race ECM for better performance? Any feedback is appreciated. Thank You.

This special inlet trumpet works well with the Gardine pipe and a supercharger.

An unbeatable "Buy-it-Now" offer of $900 each plus 20% tax and $200 shiping.

If you don't get a race ecm, is not going to be good for the engine on long term, changing the ecm is easy but you will need to reset the tps, and nice done give the bike a nice ride steady between 3500 and 4000 revs for 5 to 10 minutes to make the ecm learn a bit.
