Has anyone here heard of Revzilla Motorsports. They are located in Philly Pennsylvania. I am curious if they are a reputable business. Thanks

They are reputable. They even got me a replacement visor no questions asked for a helmet I bought that came with a defective one.

You can always check out a website on ResellerRatings.com to see if they are legit. If they are legit they will be listed and have good reviews. If they arent listed, you probably will want to look elsewhere.

well when you bought your helmet did you use my credit card? I live in Mass, and Have not been through nor near Penn in about 3 years, but someone just spent $377 of mine in that store, and it makes me angry. I called the bank already and with zero liability, I will get it back, but I was just looking for a thumbs up or down as to whether they were legit.

Thanks Froggy

Maybe your wife/GF bought you a surprise you don't know about yet?

I've never been to their store but I've bought from them online. They are one of the largest online motorcycle gear retailers. I can't recall if I paid by credit card, I think they allow google checkout and thats my preferred option.

Also, it does sound like your wife bought you a new helmet!

I've purchased a couple things from them online. They're great. Either someone bought you something or your credit card has been compromised.

I've had good experience with them too. Maybe you can call and they can look up the purchase. Let you know to whom it was shipped?

I believe my cc has been compromised as you say fr8trane91. I could use a new helmet, because I destroy mine last fall...and I have not fallen since. It seems weird that it is a MC store, as I don't recall ever using my card for any purchases for mc gear. Anyway I don't have a girlfriend/wife and if I did, I would expect a little more from them then the $400 that was spent. haha Hopefully the fraud department at the bank catches up with the thieves!!! Plus the money although fairly important to me, is really not the issue, but it is the feeling of being violated and the potential for having my ID stolen.

I just purchased a Shoei Hornet from Revzilla and thought they were great. They called me to confirm my order and verify my selection. Their customer service is on par with American Sportbike.

"Their customer service is on par with American Sportbike."

Pretty cool that American Sport Bike is the standard by which Buellers can measure their customer service experience. Al and Joanne Rock!

Revzilla is indeed a great company! I am a testimony of that. As those of you that have read this thread already know, my CC was Compromised. Long story short, I called them and they new who I was. They had already pulled the order and were in the process of putting it back on the shelves. They DO NOT ship to an address that is not the billing address. Well maybe they do in certain circumstances. But thankfully not in mine.

Kudos to those at Revzilla!!! I will be making them my first choice in motorclothes when I need them. Of course American Sport Bike is first for parts!

The money was back in my account as of last night.

Glad you got it straight Druelly. I have also purchased from Revzilla in the past (gloves IIRC) and they seem like a stand-up outfit.

sorry, PlayStation Network. They entire database of 77million + users' info (including credit ard info) was recently hacked and data stolen. I have a friend who had some fraudulent charges from it. I believe he actually had his PayPal info stolen in the scheme.

I use Revzilla too often : ). They have a ton of stuff on line. I have bought helmets, jackets, paints, jerseys, boots, etc. Last week I bought a set of Fox boots that were too small. Revzilla sent me an RMA to return them no questions asked. Since I work in Phila my coworker and I took a taxi down to the store last Tuesday (and I returned the boots in person).
The store does not have as much on display as the website, but if you want to try on a helmet that is the place to go. They do ship out of several warehouses so they might not have everything in Phila.

I just bought a new Nolan N103 from them and it fits different then the N102 I am replacing. It's just a little smaller in the face and my nose hits on air flap below the visor. But since I rode with it for 30 days they really can't sell it as new, so they offered me 15% off any helmet I want : ). I tried on every modular they sell and the only one that really fit nice was the Schubert C3, but at $700.00 it's still sitting there. I think I will just get used to the N103 hitting my nose at times. Anyway my coworker bought a helmet while were there.

Yes I love dealing with them. Plus when you call on the phone, the person who answers rides bikes and uses the gear. If they can't answer your question they will put someone on the line that can.

I noticed they are currently looking for a sales person who does adventure riding.
