Author Message   Xdigitalx Posted on Wednesday, April 06, 2011 - 10:55 am:        I just had a 190 Scorpion Trail installed and the edge of the rim got 3-4 paint chips. Can't afford getting it painted, Can't afford a dremel to polish the lip, anyone rattle can experience/suggestions? I sprayed the rear wheel..flatblack,,,looks good from a distance DOH.. It aint no show bike anyways. There was a crap load of scratches on it. Are those spray cans or little touchup/nick fixers? Maybe there is a reason not to do that and hopefully someone will chime in to confirm or deny, but it would be nice if they matched. Next week sometime.But Yes, I believe it will look horrible in a couple months of riding. Fair price as far as I'm concerned. All the chips and scratches on the wheel are from me. I will probably have them powder coated black next year. My gal wont touch a motorcycle, let alone change a tire. She tells me to get out for a ride sometimes cuz it's my mental therapy.
