Photoshop some dirt on it. You're giving us a bad name. Nice angles to shoot at though.

Those are some great photos - - better than most magazines or bike brochures. . . just awesome.

And BTW ITileMan, looks like someone has a black chin fairing that doesn't quite match. . .

Very nice pics. Your bike looks great! I wish I could get a nice shot of my XT but I am just not a good photographer. Probably have to hire it done.

Nice shots, bike looks great with the HB Gobi cases.
Do you actually ride that Uly or just keep it clean?

Thanks for the comments on the photos and the bike.
Yes they re the Gobi cases.

I use Nikon equipment for my photos. I have a D3 body and an assortment of lens and flashes.

I guess I should put on the red chin faring to match.

"I guess I should put on the red chin faring to match."

Just paint the gray part of the chin black & you will get a new look to it.

Could you post a picture from the back with those Gobi's.
Do you need a "Caution, Wide Load" sign for them?

Wide Load

How easy are the replacements to remove?

Love those Montana roads.

Not as wide as it looks. Almost a foot skinnier than the Gobis. The Wolfies come off pretty fast - 4 clips hold them on, 2 straps each side for the bottle holsters secured to the rack. LINK

I meant the Gobi's were a wide load
Thanks for the link

Itleman,
You need a fiberglass bow across the back of your seat to hold the top of those packs so they don't sag.

The bags were empty for this pic. Just rolled them shut with the air trapped inside. They snug up very tight to the bike when they're full and all the compression straps are torqued in. I'll be doing a separate post with all the gear and farkles in place for the road ready version. Just waiting on the last few pieces to show up and it will be all black this season.

Itileman, did you use the HB racks for those or the Wolfman racks?

Stock HB racks. Work for almost any kind of case/bag.

So those are the Extremes(Gobi) at 37 liters each. Nice RKC. But I really was wondering will those fit onto the stock Uly side racks? And how bout the stock top rack? It looks like they do, but not sure from the pictures. Thanks.

All 3 do fit the original brackets. The side bags mount backwards. Also you can not put your passenger pegs all the way up with the bags on. I do not ride with a passenger so it does not matter to me.

>>>I do not ride with a passenger so it does not matter to me.

You could if you weren't so grouchy . . you know.

>>>Photoshop some dirt on it.

No. . no . . photoshop the dirt into your mind . . . we were entirely too well behaved, other than our rapacious diet, in Daytona this year.

You KNOW you are getting old . . . when you use a GPS to avoid getting anywhere near Main Street during Bike Week.

: )

...Or you know that Main St is where the main post office in Daytona is...during the 50 other weeks out of the year (Biketoberfest is another week worth missing Main St.)
