Did the 08 Uly X and XT have different shop service manuals? I know this isn't the want ads, but if anyone looking at this has one for sale I'm looking to buy one.

The XT was released mid year, so the older 08 books do not have any of the XT specific information. They came out with the revised books (all ending with part number -08YA) that contain both X and XT.

No need to look for one, my dealer still has that version available.

If you need a manual, and PDF is OK, you might try these guys: deleted
They charge about $5. I downloaded one, and it works just fine.

You wasted $5, I've seen most of those are floating around on the web for free. Also, please don't post links to piracy websites like that.

Thanks for the PDF suggestion, but call me old fashion, I like to have a bound manual on the bench getting greasy fingerprints all over it as opposed to my laptop.

Don't forget the electrical manual, too. Your timing might be right. The dealers are getting ready for their spring open houses. This means sale prices including books. I bought my manual last year at 15% off.
