For those that have these, do they to stay in place once zip tied? Do they zip tie at top and bottom? When the forks are compressed do they balloon out in the center or stay somewhat tight against the fork tube? I have absolutely no experience with this type of product (as you can tell!) and considering putting a set on my XR1200. I have them on my Uly and CR and I have had no problems with them coming loose.
