Howdy,
If you wanted a Service Manual and you had a '08 model.....what year model manual would you order....my '08 has the 2010 rear wheel. Thanks for your opinion

I'd get the 08. Then get a printout of the '10 rear wheel and stick it in the book. The '10 has other differences beside the rear wheel. That's what I've done anyway....

Get the one for your bike. There are many, many, MANY subtle differences besides an extra wheelbearing.

If you have the '10 wheel kit, keep the instructions and stick them in the book, like Ron said.

Always easier to document the differences you have changed personally, than have to guess at "is this different?" every time you look in the book...

Rwven,

Would you be so kind as to attach the 2010 wheel printout from the 2010 manual? Thanks.

Ourdee has that covered. Just make a note that the '10 wheel uses the same torque specs and torque procedure as the '08 wheel.

Thanks guys. My concern is needing a tire changed while on a trip and 'trying' to make sure the tech 'behind the service door' doesn't mess things up. I could see that slim, o-ring looking spacer getting lost.
