got to spend a little time in the southwest recently on the Uly (some in a rental cage too).....the Uly is indeed my go-to machine for an adventure! Went on a group ride yesterday sponsored by a local metric & BMW dealer. Was cold and didn't expect many but about 35-40 showed up! Great ride, sun was warm, Uly loves the cool air, and there was a gal on a piped Blast to keep it company. I am really enjoying riding the cool Autumn days, but those days are numbered!  | ||

fortunately that finger wasn't mine....belonged to a buddy hiking down Sandia Peak.... coming down from spending a week at 5000 feet...the Uly (and I) feel much livelier....! | ||

Please tell me you rode US64 from Tierra Amarilla to Tres Piedras?!?! One of the best roads in the southwest. | ||

argh...I didn't! leaving Dulce (on 64) I'm pretty sure I then went 112 along Chama river (great brewery in ABQ btw), over the dam and popped out just north of Cuba. Great pics, thanks for sharing. I'm taking notes here on the roads etc. Just added US64 to the list. My daughter is in New Mexico at the moment and if she's still there next summer my wife and I are planning to visit. My wife doesn't ride so I'm very seriously thinking about picking up a trailer and taking the Uly - hoping to squeeze in a good five days riding in New Mexico and Colorado | ||
