Hey all,

Quik recap of my 2009 XB12X's Tire Mileage.

Bike came with Sync's, wore the rear out in 1900 miles. Replaced front and rear with Pirelli Angel's. Rear decentigraded at 2200 miles. Replaced it with a 190/55/17 Scorpion Trail.

At 1500 miles now on the rear I have .150 or about 5/32 deep center tread remaining. So I think I will probably get 3000 miles from the Trail. So far its much better than the others.

I do not remember and can't find where I wrote down the tread depth when the tire was new. Anyone have that info?

Anyone have PR2 info compared to any of the above tires. I may try them next.

I posted the original tread depth, as well as numerous updates in the Uly Dirty Tire thread here: http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/384 2/570204.html?1274715160

I just replaced my Sync rear at just under 9000 miles (8800 I think)
On my M2 I used to get about 2400 on a rear Dunflop.

Thanks for the link. I knew you were doing a documentry on them. LOL! I just couldn't find the tread.

So I guess after a very spirited ride last weekend of 330 miles that I should be good to go for another 900-1200 miles down in the Hill Country in a few weeks.

Any of the others here that hammer their bike and get crappy mileage run the PR2's yet and can they or have they given a report?

Thanks everyone for your info.......

At 5k on my Avon Distanzias and down to the tread bars. May get another 1k out of them. About 90% of the miles were at full pack loads, lots of 2 lane twisties, dirt, gravel, rocks and some slab.
Anyone have mileage info on the TKC 80/MT-60 set up?

on my 2006 uly i got 7600 on the rear dunlop.then i switched to the sync's i averaged around 9500 on the rear with them.on my 2010 xt i got 10100 out of the rear angel.i should have changed it a little earlier but my trail tires took a couple weeks to get here. now i thought i rode kinda hard but after reading how little mileage y'all are getting i ride like a wimp.i don't do burnouts because i pay for the tires.nobody wants to sponsor me.maybe it's just the smooth florida roads.

You must be everything I am not. You must be skin and bones, never flog it, never load it with 335 lbs of flesh and baggage, never roll on from 45 in first gear and I bet you even get 50 plus mpg. Gawd! Where have I gone wrong. HAhahaaaaaa.

I can't do a burn out on the Uly. Now my LC 1500 sure but not the buell. I can't get 5000 on a rear tire on my LC 1500 without even doin ONE burn out.

Its one of those never ending comaprisons we will never understand. Oil, Tires, Milage, wax, gas brand, and all the other who done it things. HAhah.

I got a woppin 1900 on my OEM syncs. 2200 on my Angel. No more dual compound tire for this fat ass......

i haven't been skin and bones since i was 2 minutes old.well not even then really.as for the 335lbs i'm not sure wait a minute i do have my heavy boots on and some change in my pocket so i have that covered.

i prefer to do roll ons from about 25 miles per hour it's easier to lift the front wheel.you should see how many miles i get on my front tire!!!

oh yea than you had to mention the mileage. on my trip to indy for the motogp races i looked down at my trip meter and i had 150miles and my low fuel light had not come on yet. i thought the low fuel light had broken.so i pull over at the next gas station and fill up. with 158 miles on the trip meter it took 3.1 gallons. thats just over 50mpg!!! i was running between 80-90 miles per hour. i know it must be the humidity.
