What's available for the Uly today? 1. Stock X shield 2. Stock XT shield 3. Zero Gravity: similar to XT but without kickup 4. Parabellum: 22" to 28" tall 5. California Scientific: about 22" with a pressure vent What else? |

Parabellum can also make shorter ones... I currently have a 16" for the cooler weather. |

I had the ZG +4 and didn't care for it - more buffeting at higher speeds. I'm 6'3" and 250# YMMV . |

Anyone have a Gustafsson? From thier pics they seem slimmer at the top that the stockers. I like my Buell touring shield but would like it in dark smoke. |

I have a 26" Parabellum which I really liked for cold weather riding, until I had to routinely ride at interstate speeds. For short distances it's tolerable, but for the 2+ hour trip that I make each week, the pounding is terrible. I have a ZG +4 & Palmer brackets now. Seems to be a pretty good combo but I'd like to do better this winter. I'm about 6-2. Mark SE AZ |
