Hahahaha . . I was part of the White Lightning Product Development Team when it was pretty much Gary Valine and Gary Stippach spending days trying to make more power. When the bike was introduced at the dealer show in Nashville I rode from across the country to do a riding demonstration (little trick I used to do with an S3) and give dealer demo rides on the new products. Course the moment the BattleTrax ended the pouring rain arrived. . . . as the dealers all arrived back at the hotel . .Gary, Rusty and I spent the next 2 hours wrangling bikes into trailers in a torrential downpour. That was the first time the dealers had seen the White Lightnings. I also collected an amazing bunch of stuff from canvas tote bags, shirts and what not commemorating the roll out . . . fun stuff and one of the most, in 22+ years, memorable product intros. Dealers all had a ball! | ||
