Check the thread on the quick board that Crusty started.
Grharleygirl was on there saying they still had 'em for $29.99.

Us girls have to stick together Methed.

I didn't start that thread; Dcc46 did.
I did buy one for Terri's Ss; it's worth the price. Actually, at $29.99 with free shipping, it's a steal.

Grharleygirl posted If you didn't get a kit at the special pricing, don't be heartbroken - just give us a ring at 616-896-8800 as we have a stack set aside just for mending hearts

I think that means that if you call today or maybe tomorrow, they'll take care of you. Be quick; it's a great deal!

It's a good price, but even at $30, there doesn't seem to be much in that Buell tool-kit that you can't just put together with your own tools, especially if you're wandering far from home.
I bought 2 craftsman tool rolls from sears and packed 1 with tools and the smaller tool roll has more tools and serves as my tire repair kit. Granted, it's a very basic tool-setup but it'll do the job. (in the plastic bag to the left are the tire plugs). I carry this and a small air compressor without taking too much room in my Kriega tail bags.

....I should have added above that this is of course assuming you have the tools already. If you don't, that kit is definitely a good starting point.

This is what you get for thirty bucks:

Tool Kit

You also get a list of the tools included and what they fit.
BTW, I work with tools for a living. The tool kit I carry is made up of brand name tools like Snap-On, Eklund, Crescent, Vise-Grip, Bondhus, etc.. It would cost me close to $400.00 to replace it.
These tools are decent quality (even if made in Taiwan), and worth way more than the price. I consider them to be good enough to give to my wife, who I love dearly.

I did change a few things in the kit.
A jumper wire to test for codes.
Removed the ratchet it came with and put in a regular Craftsman I had laying around.
Tied in the axle tool.
1/2 inch socket for my axle sliders.
Still trying to decide if I need to carry all the wrenches.
The swivel socket for the rear plug is the one tool thats hard to find without spending a bunch of money.

You just need to add a 8 in or so rubber pipe to take out the rear plug when loosened.

Sweet Deal, thanks for the heads up. It will certainly make a good starting point for a tool kit.

I bought one the last time they were on sale. The only thing missing is the tool to remove the axles. I think I picked that up in Chicago for around $5.00-$10.00

Pretty good service--called too late yesterday to get my order in but left a message anyway. Got a call back late this morning stating that they'd let me have it at the bargain price anyway.

Truth be told, I too already have a more complete configuration that I take on the road--can't pass up this kinda deal though, especially with that plug socket.

I called on Tuesday and spoke with a lady named Tiffany, she was very helpful and after putting me on hold for a couple minutes she told me that I could get the deal. I also ordered a couple Buell t-shirts they had on sale for 5.99 from 55.00 msrp. I got free shipping on those too since the put them in with the tool kit.

That tool kit was worth every bit of $99.99. I was thinking of getting one from ebay for $69.00 and it would have been a good deal.... $29.99 shipped is the steal of the century. And it fits under the Uly seat like it was made to be there.
That tool for the front spark plug is cool too!

I had bought the tool kit about 18 months ago but I plan to get a 12R some day so I got another one and a shirt and bolt gloves.
I was surprised there is still Buell swag out there, not much longer though.

Mnrider...I travel through Jackson Ms quite a bit. The HD/Buell shop there had tables piled up with Buell clothing on my last visit(1.5 months back). Sweat Wicking T Shirts and regular Long and Short sleeve T Shirts in sizes S-3x. They had a box of Bolt gloves along with other assorted clothing(Blue Buell Hooded rain pullovers). I think they had a couple pairs of leather Buell Racing pants also(The pants may have been at Bumpus).

They even had a couple of Buell Blast tank bags(Covered in dust). They were somewhat compact and looked like they could fit on the triple tail in the back position.

I'm going in that direction next week and will probably stop in. If anyone is looking for something in particular I will check on it. Just guessing, but I'm not sure if any of this is in inventory.

FYI...I know many of you look at dirt bikes...They had two or three HD Military dirt bikes for sale. I think they're new. I thought the price was in the 7k range.
