What great service. You just can't ask for better support than what you get from Al and Joanne. Just simply outstanding. Thanks Al and Joanne. I'm new to the buell brand, and decided to order some maintenance related parts. Placed the order late friday night, got an email the next day letting me know everything was in stock and would ship out monday. Great communication, got the parts today. Shortly after my order shipped I got a email from Al asking me to be sure that I got the right belt. A customer in Florida got the wrong belt because the MOCO packaged it wrong and Al was worried that mine might be wrong too. That was not the case though.
