Pre-tighten the bolts under the bars/risers then move them into place and torque down the ones you can get at. Like I said, I am going on a trip this week. Hope to do a few thousand miles on this ride. Never had the Buell out on a long ride yet. I always take the Ultra, but this week she is going to stay home. The rise doesn't seem to bother them but a lot of pull-back will bind the cables. Clutch seems to have lots of length. The brake line banjo bolt needs to be loosened and the line re-positioned. It helps to have someone lightly squeeze the brake to keep air out of the line while doing it. I am goingto reposition the risers to see if I can get some play if not I'll reposition the cables.
