I was out tearing up some roads this morning and came upon a nice flat straight section of country road. I opened her up and did a 15-20 second run at about 105 mph. When I came back down to cruising speed (~60mph) the service engine light came on. I stopped a few miles up the road, turned the bike off, turned it back on, and the light went away. Anyone have this happen to them? Speculation? For reference, it's an 09 Uly w/ 8300 miles on the clock.

You probably just tickled it's happy spot and it was smiling at you!

I would guess that it could have been running a bit hot for a second or two, or that the O2 sensor may have been reading something 'different' than it normally does when you brought it back down.

If it does not come back on for an actual reason, I would not worry about it.

I think when you hold a grin for so long that light pops on?...or was it the fun factor light? I'll have to recheck the manual
