As some of you know I had surgery on my shoulder/bicep at the end of May. I was the guy at Homecoming in a sling. It sucked.

Got the sling off and the ok to try riding a week ago so today was the test. Everything feels great! Not only am I healing at a very accelerated rate but there is no pain! How I have missed the permagrin. Just needed to post up another "I love my Uly!" post instead of the increasingly common disappointing threads.

Off to ride some more!!

Congrats! Those first rides after an enforced layoff are the best. Be sensible for a while and make sure things heal fully (DAMHIK).

That pic confirms many suspicions, but raises so many others.

Glad to hear you're wheeling again! If you're still fighting that old seat of mine, you can have your old one back. PM me if you want it, and I'll step up my search for a "high" stock '06 or '07 and ship it out to you as soon as I find one. Just never sat right with me, that old seat you ended up with.

Methed- Don't worry about it. Like I said at Homecoming I plan on getting it restuffed this winter. I wouldn't have known it was crushed even with a test ride as it doesn't become painful until about 40min in. I have a tall with orange back piece that the wife and I are going to try out in the next week or 2. I may be willing to trade it to you for my old seat back if I continue to not like the tall seat. I'll keep you posted
