I've been running a well-sorted map on my 06 Uly for over a year, no issues. Recently, bike ran like crap so I checked for trouble codes, and exhaust valve actuator had gone bad bad- replaced under extended warranty. Bike runs better, but still requires about 3-5+ minutes of riding to "clear" the midrange. Pulled the laptop to see what's happening, and all looked OK. Did a TPS and AFV reset, ran, rechecked and realized the AFV went to my max (130) setting. Reset, restarted, immediately 130 rode to work, never changed. Set the ceiling for 140, same issue. Running like crap because AFV is fueling WAY too rich, especially low and fouling my plugs... I've locked it at 115% until I get this sorted

Any ideas what's causing this?

Thanks for the help!
-Mike

Checked vacuum, no issues. Anyway to check O2 sensor? Shouldn't it throw a code?

The sensor wont throw a code if its only partly off and not reporting out of spec. Also check for chafing on the wire for it, if it rubbed through against something, that can alter the resistance and skew the reading.

DOH!

This is what happens when you get the MAX and MIN values reversed after a datalogging run!!!

Took lots of things apart to check wiring, connections, etc., and put 'em all back together- THEN I decided to REALLY stare at all the values I've been using... Time would've been much better spent riding...
