I've been getting some bad vibrations in my right side handle bar. After awhile my hand starts to buzz. Like that it's falling / or fell asleep and you get that tingling feeling. Recently came home from 2000+ mile trip with out feeling anything, then noticed it when I went on a little 100 mile day trip the next weekend.

Any Ideas?

I had the same exact issue. The primary chain was way loose. I also added the heavy HVMP bar end weights just for test and they made it even better.

I tightened the primary when I changed the oil out, part way through the trip, but that was near 2000 miles ago. My be time to check and retighten.

I find on shorter trips I tend to let the engine run near 2500 RPM. 5th gear at under 60 MPH will let my right hand go asleep. I used to have that problem when running a 6" grinder or W-3 chipping hammer on the line at the foundry. Hands would hurt so much when I came to work I couldn't wait for the line to start so they would go to sleep.

Be sure to check under the flyscreen for anything loose or broken. My horn got loose once and caused some bad vibes.

It's funny where the vibes come from on a buell. I busted my front exhaust stud, and felt a similar vibration in the rhs handle-bar and rhs foot-peg. I didn't find the cause till the flange started to rattle.

200miles later, I felt the same vibration. I pulled to the side of the road and checked, and the same stud had broken again.
