Author Message   Sweetfish89 Posted on Monday, June 28, 2010 - 11:49 pm:        Ok got my heads back from the shop and they look great. Started to replace the seals and gaskets. When I got to taking off the front jug I found that I only had one cylinder insert/dowel. Their were two on the rear cylinder and only one one the front. Is their only supposed to be one on the front cylinder? I am sure if you go to any H-D(spit) dealer and ask for one for a Sportster they have 20 on the shelf. OK, not actually a "pin", but... Regarding reassembly: it is straightforward, but there is a definite ORDER involved. Some parts must be installed while engine is rotated down.
