Last week I ordered a couple of new items for my 07 Uly. I just installed them today and thought I would give my impression of them. I installed a new set of foot pegs from Precision Machine. I love them! Very easy to install and such grip.
Second I installed a 48L Coocase I got from Twisted Throttle. I like it. It didnt exactly replace the stock case like I thought it would. It has a base that you have to bolt to the stock Uly trunk rack. There are no real instructions on how to do this, but it isnt hard to figure out. The wiring is strait forward. Now I have a trunk with tail and brake light and a remote to lock and unlock it. I took pics with my phone and will try to do a step by step report with pics. So far so good. Now if my Kaoko throttle control will come in from Adventure Workshop. Been waiting for that thing for weeks with several calls and email to them and no reply.}

I have them in my phone and will try to get them down loaded. Also I will try and give a good assesment of the trunk. So far it is ok. The lights are a little small and the supports that hold the lid open are plastic and it doesnt stay open well

These are my essential supplies to get started. Ok, maybe not essential, but it is hot outside.

This is the Coocase mounting bracket from the tops. It bolts to the stock Uly top case bracket. Some adjusting is necessary and you will have to attatch the top case several times to get the spacing proper.

Bottom view of the Coocase mounting plate. I ended up only using three of the brackets to get the spacing proper. I am not happy with how far out the bracket sits on the top case mount, but it seems sturdy enough.

This is the cover that goes over the grating of the mounting plate after it is all secured.

The wiring is strait forward. I found the brake light and tail light wired and used the supplied attatchments. Removing the seat latch will make it a little easier to get to the wires.
