Just received mine in the mail today. So far it's as previously reviewed, nice finish/construction, fit is defiantly more round headed style, chin hits chin bar not not as much as my flip face so it's no big deal.

I'll post more as I test this helmet out, I figure pictures with it on helps.

My son has a Nolan with the built in sun shades and he removed the shades for lack of effectiveness. They are too far from the face to keep ground reflection from being annoying. Nothing beats foam sealed sunglasses. I use WileyX and Bugz Lunaz. The Bugz are the best in my opinion. They won't work under a full coverage helmet though. The WileyX will.

This is my daily use helmet and I run it with the shield off and the chinbar and top visor on.

My only complaint is this helmet is VERY noisy (even with the shield installed). This isn't really an issue for me because I either run with foamies or my etymotics/ipod. That being said I love running with the shield off. It's nice to get some wind in my face. Makes a great daily driver helmet in Florida heat. The sun shade is basically worthless

In other news compared to my Shoei X-11 this helmet is a HUGE step down.

Electraglider_1997 - I use the wiley X with the open configuration as well. Works fantastic.

Took a ride last night, the visablity is amazing, like not having anything in front of your face at all.

This morning I rode to work, used the sun visor, it works just fine for me.

I like the added protection of the chin bar personnaly.

It's a bit noisy, about as much as my flip face, but I wear the "Skull Candy" ear buds so it doesn't bother me at all. Vents don't seem to do much at all, wish the "air" version was availble in the states.

It's very light and a small profile, looks a bit like a scooter helmet. The fogging some people complain about was negligable, but it's still summer, we'll have to see what it's like in the winter, still once you get rolling it clears right up.

Helmet discussions can be a lot like oil discussions, so I'll just stick to my observations and opinions as it may help someone else in their decision on this helmet, but I welcome anyone else's opinion that has this helmet as well.

The big plus is it's visability, especially on my Buell. I can just look down at the insturment cluster with my eyes, no more movment of my head.

So far so good.

I bought it on Ebay for 220$, 10$ for shipping.

+1 on the Wiley X glasses, I wear them with my Arai RX-Q. They cut down on my vision slightly, but not too bad. My glasses have the light changing lenses.

Matchanu, how is the sizing? What size did you get and how does it compare to the fit of your other helmets?

I have a Scorpion transformer and love the integrated sun visor. I've been considering the N43 for hotter days as I don't like the Scorpions open face mode.

Size is just about right on, just a touch tighter probably, but it's probably because my noggin is a bit oval rather than round.

I wear an XL for all of my helmets.

It's a near perfect fit, not as comfortable as some of the top brand full face jobs, but it works for me.

Looks pretty good. The improved visibility is appealing.

Instead of storm trooper I see a bit of RoboCop with the chin-bar. The color gives it a nasa feel.

Improved visablity is the main reason I sought out this helmet. It's a night and day difference from a full face.

The only real down side so far is the sun shade, there seems to be some sort of distortion or blurriness when it's down. Not horrible but noticable. I'll try cleaning it with toothpaste and see if it clears it up.

I've noticed distortions with visors and my glasses before. Especially with my prescription sunglasses. I'll definitely have to take a look at one someday. Maybe they could team with those Reevu guys and give it the most visibility?

my wife and I both have 102's. Nice helmet but it sure gets noisy inside. Until I put on my helicopter pilot head set : )

I have the N102 and the N43. Visibility with the N43 is outstanding, I forget the shield is there until a bug "thunks" off it. And it's more quiet than the N102. But the N102 is better in the cooler weather. The only issue I have with the N43 is the visor is either open or closed. There are no detents to let you open it just a bit.
