This forum is a great resource for Buellers, as we all know, and there are so many who help folks every day, and many who have helped me, but Froggy goes kinda' above and beyond, consistently! How about Blake? Is he going? I just heard, at my local shop several weeks ago, that Blake started this forum. I'd like to shake his hand as well. Is the track day still on? Dr Greg, For long term back health I whole heartily recommend an inversion table. It decompresses your spinal column and does wonders for your knees. Both of my knees ached for years and that went away after getting my inversion table. The ache hasn't come back. Swear to God. Once or twice per week I hang inverted for 30 minutes. If I lift something heavy and feel crappy then I'll hang for a 1/2 hour and feel great again. I read whilst upside down to pass the time. Sometimes my lower back will even pop like a knuckle when I hang inverted. Get one and you'll not regret it. | ||
