Im looking at an 06 Uly in California and Im just curious what the Ulys have for emission control if any.

If they do have something, can it be easily removed?

Carbon canister mounted to the left frame rail. Simple to remove, I'll buy it.

About $40 for the can and like $20 in vent lines + hardware.

I took my carbon filter off cause I don't like the look of it and did'nt care for the gas smell so I put it back on.
