I don't know anyone, used good condition headers are rare as they tend to get damaged in wrecks. I sold mine a while back.

If it's just cracked, why not take it to a good welding shop and have it repaired? If someone grinds the crack out and repairs it using the TIG (tungsten inert gas) process, it'll be good as new.

I am a AWS certified welder and yes I could TIG the pipe but its in NC as I'm stationed in CO without my uly : (
Joeanna and al at American Sport Bike seem pretty confident that I can find a good used stocker online , so I guess the search continues!

Awsome froggy , but I have had a local harley shop lookin for one for me for a week or so and the service manager called around lunch with good news, he has a guy here in colorado springs that has a header he'll sale for $100 , I'd look for a cheeper one but its close and convienent so I think I'm gunna stick with that , but thatks for the link, that's pretty awesome of ya , now I jus gotta go pick it up and mail it to al at American Sport Bike for my core deposit, then have them mail the ceramic coated pipe to new river harley davidson , THEN have my pops get the uly in there , pay them $120 for the instal, then another $600 to have it shipped out here, whata headache!!! But its sooo worth it!!!
