I tried doing the double headlight mod and ended up braking the terminal off of one wire and got it stuck in the plug. Is there anywhere I can get the plug and/or one of the terminals? I'm pissed at myself | ||

You can take out the wire on the opposite side of the plug and "go around" the plug and connect the wires. | ||

+1 on what Union man says. You can solder or use a crimp butt connector. | ||

Better yet, use a couple of insulated spade connectors so you can remove the headlights in the future without cutting wires. | ||

Problem Solved. I went to Racer Cafe in St. Charles, IL and ordered a new multilock plug connector and some stamped sockets...that way it will be exactly like it came from the factory without having to order a new wiring harness. The only problem is that the sockets only come in packs of 100 and I only need one. If anyone is looking for a couple let me know and I'll send you some. |
