I have set aside part of today to install the Tri-Star XP turn signal to brake light module. It doesn't look too complicated, but I don't have any experience with things like this so I am a bit nervous. Mostly I am concerned about finding the right wires to connect into (location and color).

I plan to take my time and take lots of photos, so that if I do mess up maybe somebody on here can help me figure out what I did wrong and what I need to do to fix it.

I have to say, I'd much rather be going for a ride today. Hopefully this project won't take long at all and I can still get a nice ride in.

Have a great day.

Dan

Well, I did muck it up. I have been working on this for over 3 hours, trying to be careful, but it still doesn't work. I think all the connections are correct, but I am not totally confident in their actual connections.

This is what I have. The brake light still works. The signals blink fast, even with the load equalizer installed. The right rear signal is on all the time and the left rear signal doesn't work at all.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
