The first time I used these folks I had excellent service from Chris.

Last week I posted a parts request in the proper sponsor section and have not had a reply.

I followed that up with a direct e mail to Chris on Friday, so far no reply.

Anyone else have this problem? Is there another Badweb sponsor I should contact?

That is interesting, I have always had excellent service in the past.

You can also try to PM Tripp from Precision HD, also a Badweb sponsor and never has let me down.

I never knew about the sponsor section, so went to their shop instead. Service was great, delivery fine.
Although, he did send me a free HD Keychain, which I will never use and possibly never forgive him for

I'm sure he's just busy, and in this day and age were used to lightning quick replies, I will be patient

I need a new belt (along with some other stuff) and it's probably on back order.
