I wanted some ware to keep something to drink handy for long trips so I bought this M-Wave Water bottle holder that I clamped to the cross bar. It does'nt interfere with filling the gas tank and it does'nt hit when you turn the bars all the way to lock.

Link to where you got that one? My last one didn't fit as good, but it would hold my cups up to 120mph and during wheelies without issue : )

I started a thread on this a while ago and (amid laughter) and a few good items surfaced but none as nice as that! Ditto Froggy...where'd you catch it?

Is there a spot for the fries on the other side?

Sleez, Thats the one. I got mine from Amazon. I had to use a piece of rubber under the clamp on the cross bar to make it hold tight. I don't think it would be a good idea to have a drink in there while riding a wheely at 120 mph but you are welcome to try.

PS I carry the frys next to my right leg to keep them HOT.

I have to take a pic, but I have a plain ol' water bottle cage from a mountain bike, used a pair of hose clamps to attach it to the LH mirror stem (I run CR mirrors, so the stem is thicker).

I had one on my V65 Magna many years ago. I would ride along at about 75 mph and the drink would siphon out the straw in a real fine vapor. I never saw it go. But the drink cup with the lid and straw would be empty before I got a drink.

I use the Buell hydration back pack. It does pretty well. I did crack the fitting at the bottom last year and had about 30 ounces of ice cold water trickle down..... here.
