Djz- what did you use to try to get the bearing out? Just be aware, if you pounded on the bearing in an attempt to get it out, it probably won't last long. I got mine out with the Harbor Freight blind bearing puller kit (~$35 IIRC). First one was very difficult to get out; second side came out much easier.

+1.

The Harbor Freight tool worked great for me too but you gotta use a heat gun also and work fast. Installation I used threaded rod and nuts/washers to press the new ones in. You have to R&R by the book, there's procedure.

+1 on installation procedure, read the book. On getting it out I used a small pry bar and forced the inner spacer down so you could see the inner race of the bearing. Using a brass bar I put it against the inner race and gave her a whack. That loosened the inner spacer and allowed me to move back a forth on that inner bearing race till I knocked it out. Using a hair dryer on the wheel is not a bad idea either. Install using some anti-seize on the wheel and pull it in with a proper tool or with the afore mentioned all thread and heavy washer trick.
