Been using 616's on my '06 and thought I would try some pirelli angels. Anyone have experience with them? At 27k + i changed the rw bearings [original] and glad i did. 1 was still ok, but the other was getting rough. Also changing the belt on general principles. Still love the bike.

I have the Angels and love them but I have an XT and hit gravel twice in the year+ I have owned the bike so I can not speak to their dirt ability. They worked great in the downpouring rain coming home from the Last Ride. I have about 1500 miles on them and not much wear. Compound hasn't started to get the cupping that the Stradas got either yet. If you do a lot of road and little dirt I think you will like them

There's a review on them in this month's Cycle World. They liked them.
