Has anyone replaced these and at how many miles? I notice one of mine is starting to leak at 24000 miles. should it be fixed immediately or can it be done at next service in another 2000 miles ?

Depends how much it is leaking. IF its losing quite a bit i would just do it now. Shouldnt take too long just to change a seal

Find something very thin like a piece of 35mm film and try running it around under the seal, you may have a piece of bushing material or grit stuck in there.

If it still leaks, especially on the rotor side, I'd just fix it and do a fork service early.

rotor side I would fix right away. Rear brake is not substantial enough and fork oil on front pads, rotor can spell catastrophy. Left side probably end up wih oil all over side and bottom of motor, and would replace if u are planning a long trip. Mine started to leak the day before my annual 10 day MC trip. I took spousal units bike for trip. Had fork oil on front of bike till I got seals and bushing replaced.
