Does anyone know if any dirt bike or sport bike pegs will fit an '08 Uly? |

Funny. My uncle has a 'Busa and he told me it's a popular mod to bore out Buell XB12x pegs to drop them down a bit for touring. I think there is some guy on Ebay that buys them from a H-D dealer and mods them for a profit. |

I'd also like to know. I'm SURE some jap bike pegs will work, we just need someone to be the Guinea pig and find out which ones! The Uly pegs on the busa is a popular mod because the busa pegs weigh about 4 times as much as the uly pegs, and they have no drop, were the uly pegs have a 1" drop. Busa pegs would not work well on a uly, because you would need to shim them, with a series of washers or something similar. Also they weigh a ton. |

I was hoping to spend less that $100. They are just going on my palmer cruising kit. |

You can put passenger pegs on the Palmer kit. |

Santafe- How is the grip with those? Have you ridden with them in the rain? |

Check out the newest sponsor Knight Designs, some interesting looking pegs available
I haven't heard anything about their products yet, so I can't vouch for them. Edit: The eBay link above is the same company (Message edited by froggy on January 14, 2010) |

The pegs from Precision Engineering are most excellent. An extra inch of drop, wider platform and a much more aggressive grip. More comfort, no slipping, and self-cleaning. Mark SE AZ |

with the pegs with the extra inch of drop, do you have to do anything with the brake and shift levers? |

Those Knight Design pegs look really good, but I want some with no drop. NEED MORE LEAN ANGLE! |
