Any will fit. I believe OEM Outdoorsman top is 45L, sides are 35. I just took off my OEM Journey topcase, and replaced it with a 50L H-B Journey topcase, snaps right into place.

The Outdoorsman topcase won't close with my son's Nolan N103 flip-up helmet. It needs to be a couple of inches taller.

Will it work with his chin plate flipped up, helmet facing sideways? My Shoei Multitec is "shorter" if I have the chin up, the main portion of the helmet sits tipped forward.

The side cases on the stock XP are 30 liter juniors. I am getting the 40s like I had on my City-x. The top box on the stock XP is what size?????? It looks way too big so I am trying to get a smaller version. Let me know the size of the standard topcase and that would help a brother out..... tanks

Stock XT cases are the the Journey cases, 42 liter sides and 40 liter top.

The XP Junior trunk is 45 liters I believe.

I thought the racks for the Journey and Outdoorsman cases were different. Am I wrong?

Good question! I read that somewhere too, but then I thought I read that all H&B bags used the same racks.

They are. The Outdoorsman racks are further back and require the turn signal relocation. Technically the Journey racks are backwards with the latch in the front : )

They do.

Ratbuell,
His N103 flip up is too tall anyway it is put in there and it is the rotating mechanism that makes it too tall on it's side. Flipping it up won't make any diff.

So, my OEM racks are mounted backwards?!?! Do other H&B bags, like the Gobi's or Aluminum Standards fit on our 'backwards' racks?

Yes your racks are backwards, and most cases will fit. The outdoorsman racks should fit all bags fine, because is further back for more passenger peg clearance. : )

I have seen pictures on here of several H&B cases on the stock racks with no issues, I don't know the names of them. Some fit, some wont. You could always buy the outdoorsman brackets and whatever bag you desired, and then sell your stock stuff to make back most of the costs. : )

I think it looks complete . . . I posted a series of photos yesterday of all the parts in the complete kit , , laid out . . .in the bags with the part numbers showing.

Looks to me like you have it there.

You could take the bill of materials for the kit and "subtract" the bags.

Court I tried to find the thread... What is title? I found a series of pics that you posted in the KV with the boxes and all of the parts but that was back in April or August and I could not read the part numbers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

M0261.1AU Bracket mounting top case, upper $142.20

For the record - THIS IS A RESTRICTED PART.

I couldn't make this up if I tried...but although the part is available, your dealer has to call Tech Services in order to order it, because they "must verify the vehicle has sidecase racks installed", or they won't sell the topcase rack.

Found *that* little tidbit when ordering a replacement for a customer who tested gravity with his XT.
